Blood Orange Chocolate Mousse topped with Delicious Berries

What You’ll Need
The Berries
⅓ cup of raspberries
⅓ cup of blueberries
⅓ of blackberries
2 tablespoons of margarine or olive oil
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
For the Mousse
½ cup of parve whipping cream
½ of coconut milk or cream
½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 tablespoon of sugar
1 tablespoon of crushed walnut
All the juice from 1 blood orange
Cooking Instructions
Making Candied Berries
Heat up a frying pan on the stove, place the margarine in the pan and wait till it melts. Once the margarine has melted, add the berries and mix lightly for 2 minutes.
Add the sugar into the pan, mix until you see the sugar begin to carmelize
Once the sugar has caramelized, let it cool down. Then sprinkle powdered sugar on top
Preparing the Mousse
Use a bowl to place in the blood orange, whipping cream and coconut cream(or milk), then use a small mixer on a low setting to whip the contents together.
Begin to slowly add in the vanilla extract, cocoa and sugar. Then increase the speed of the handheld mixer until all the contents are well mixed in.
Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes
Add your candied berries on top of your mousse and serve
