Delicious Roasted Chickpea Gyros
We know a lot of people who are a fan of gyros. We can’t blame them because when you have the right ingredients, magic happens. Kosher recipes like these are fantastic to prepare at home because they’re unbelievably easy to make. Still, some people are afraid to make them because they look tough to make. In all actuality, they’re similar to sandwiches but more flavorful!
Upon many requests, we’ve decided to make kosher chickpea gyros. How this came to be was actually funny because a friend ours visited a kosher vegetarian restaurant from out of town and decided to order such a plate. We were told that it didn’t seem exciting, but it was a familiar dish. Upon bite, they were enchanted. Every ingredient was packed with flavor that we were urged to make something of the like.
This was a bit of a challenge for us because we literally had to go by someone’s recollection of the plate. But we like challenges, so we recreated a dish close to it! Now, we’re eager to share it with you here! Let’s start this incredible dish, shall we?
