Juiciest Balsamic Glazed Salmon
If you’re like us, we’re crazy about food! We’re talking about chicken, beef, fish, and anything in between. Put one of us in a kitchen, and we can cook up a storm. Put all of our staff in the kitchen; we assure QUALITY. Having said that, when we’re on our days off, we love testing out new recipes. Some kosher recipes make it on the menu of our kosher restaurant, Jerusalem Grill. Still, others are a top secret which is only served during dinner parties.
We’re not too sure about this juicy balsamic glazed salmon just yet, and we thought we should share the recipe so that you can test it out yourself! We’re a HUGE fan of the dish as we’ve made this a few times over dinner already. Many times, it’s a big hit, and there’s nothing more pleasing than to see satisfied bellies at the dinner table.

Speaking of dinner tables, what kinds of sides do you enjoy with salmon? We think it depends on the flavor. Still, there’s nothing like a good ole’ salad to compliment the elements of quality incorporated into the dish. Enough with the talking already, right?! Shall we get started on this yummy recipe?
What you’ll need:
2 salmon fillets
3 tsp mustard
3 tsp olive oil
3 tsp honey
3 minced garlic
4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper
Cilantro for garnish
Directions:
-Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. While this is preheating, line your baking sheet with aluminum foil and spray it with cooking spray.
-Using a small skillet, warm the olive oil over medium heat. When it’s ready, add the garlic and brown it until it is fragrant. Combine honey, salt, pepper, vinegar, and balsamic vinegar along with it. Blend all of this together for about 4 minutes or until it thickens.
-Place the salmon on the baking sheet. Liberally brush the glaze, and back this about 5 minutes. Brush the salmon with glaze again, and leave it in the oven for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cilantro and enjoy your meal!
