Garlic Honey Salmon

What You’ll Need:
2 strips of salmon
3 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp water
2 lemon juice
4 cloves minced garlic
Pepper (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Cayenne pepper (pinch)
Lemon wedges
Directions:
Season the bottom of the salmon with pepper, salt and cayenne pepper, and set it aside.
In small bowl, combine water, honey, lemon juice, and salt together. Mix them well.
In a medium heat, use a skillet to warm up the olive oil. Pan-fry the bottom of the salmon until it is halfway finished. Add garlic on the pan and slightly brown it. Add the honey mixture and wedges of lemon in the skillet. You need to reduce this sauce until it looks sticky. Broil the salmon in the oven for about one minute to get that slightly charred look.
